2) Click Site Settings

4) Change to [Allow]
5) After exiting the configuration tab, click the Refresh button on the KB securities page, or if you can’t see it, you can update it with [F5] or exit the browser and restart it.

The only way to do this other than to set up a browser is to download and log in to HTS. If you’re used to using HTS and want to use it, you can download it and set it up.
